Medical Review Officers

Employers are required to use the services of a certified medical review officer (MRO) for all drug testing, in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. Work Care Center MRO's are licensed medical doctors who have received training and certification in drug testing, verification, collection and reporting, risk management and legal issues. An MRO can analyze positive drug-test results and rule out medically valid reasons. Each MRO stays up-to-date on the latest rules and regulations, technologies and industry trends, and receives continuing education and recertification.

Working with your business, a Work Care Center MRO can offer clear, concise information to employees and management, and can help you meet DOT and other requirements.
