As required by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations, safety-sensitive employees from a group of employers are chosen each quarter for random drug and alcohol testing. Each year, employers receive a consortium pool certificate indicating the number of employers and safety-sensitive employees in the pool and the number of employees tested. Both services are secure, confidential and comply with all DOT, FMCSA and state regulations. |
