Respirator medical evaluation Base line or initial respirator approval. Includes review of respirator qualification questionnaire, height, weight, blood pressure, pulse and doctor exam.
Respirator clearance evaluation
Periodic or annual respirator approval for all respirator types. Includes review of respirator qualification questionnaire, height, weight, blood pressure, pulse and doctor review.
Spirometry
Base line or initial respirator approval and respirator qualification exams. Performed according to American Thoracic Society, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and American National Standards Institute guidelines. All respirator qualification exams meet OSHA standards and are available at Work Care Center's Occupational Medicine clinic and at the work site. |
