Workers' Compensation

Our goal is an early and safe return to work for each employee, with clear and timely access to information for employers. Each client company is assigned a doctor advisor and occupational health consultant so clients have a team of professionals to help them with employee needs.

Work-ability reports are faxed or mailed within 24 hours of an employee's visit.

Post-injury care

After hours, employees should visit the St. Mary Nazareth Hospital ER. When necessary, we can provide referrals to specialty services, such as orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery and physical therapy.

Injured employees will receive a “Work Status Report” outlining their current capabilities and treatment status. Employers will be required to complete a Directive form to a local hospital E.R. identifying Work Care Center as the designated O.M. provider.

All injured employees will be seen the following day by the Work Care Center physicians at which time injured employees will receive a "Work Status Report: outlining their current capabilities and treatment status.
